Unshakeable confidence: How to have assurance to thrive in uncertain times

Faith is the solid, unshakable confidence in God which is built upon assurance that He is faithful to His promises. by David Jeremiah

Firstly, have you ever had a time in your life when you were facing troubles? Could you have assurance and unshakeable confidence that allowed you to thrive? Did you turn to God’s Word and receive the words of Jesus to take heart?

Secondly, have you ever been faced with trials and tribulations? Did you have assurance and unshakeable confidence that allowed you to thrive? Did you consider it pure joy in that time because you remembered God’s Word and chose by faith to persevere so that you could be complete and lacking nothing when perseverance finished its work?

Today’s Verse of the Day:

Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].

Hebrews 11:1 AMP

Assurance and unshakeable confidence that allowed you to thrive

First, faith is the assurance, the title deed, the confirmation of things hoped for and divinely guaranteed. Secondly, faith is the unshakeable confidence of things not seen, the conviction of their reality, and the comprehension as fact what cannot be experienced by our physical senses. Finally, it takes faith to have assurance and unshakeable confidence that will allow us to thrive in challenging circumstances.

Let’s consider how we can apply today’s verse of the day when we face uncertain times so that we can live our lives by faith finding assurance and unshakeable confidence.

This verse highlights the importance of faith and trust in God, even when we cannot see the outcome or understand what lies ahead.

Faith and trust in God

As fathers, we can apply this principle by having faith and trust in God’s plan for our families, even when we face uncertainty and difficult times. We can have confidence in the promises of God and the hope that He offers us, knowing that He is always with us and will never leave us or forsake us.

To have unshakeable confidence as fathers, we can also rely on the wisdom and guidance of God’s Word. By studying and applying the principles found in the Bible, we can lead our families with strength and conviction, even when we face challenges and obstacles.

Additionally, we can seek the support and encouragement of other believers who can provide accountability, wisdom, and prayer. By surrounding ourselves with a community of faith, we can build each other up and strengthen our confidence in God’s promises and plan for our lives and families.

Ultimately, as fathers, our confidence and assurance should come from our faith and trust in God, knowing that He is in control and that He has a good plan for our families. By relying on Him and His Word, we can thrive in uncertain times and lead our families with unshakeable confidence.
