Tested? Let’s be the dads who can take heart when we face troubles because Jesus told us “I have overcome the world” and how His conquest is accomplished and His victory abiding.
Let’s be the dads who can consider it pure joy when we face trials of many kinds because whenever we fall into various trials, we are to consider it nothing but joy! Trust God, being assured that the testing of your faith through experience produces endurance leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace! Don’t lose hope and worry because worry changes nothing but through prayer and petition make your requests known to God as you continue to press in and press through the trials and testing because when we let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, we will be perfect and completely developed in your faith, lacking in nothing!
Let’s put our hope and trust in God no matter what comes our way because He knows the why!
Don’t try to lean on your own understanding but instead acknowledge God in all your ways and put your full trust in Him so that He can show you the path to take!
Let’s be the dads who cast our cares upon God because we know that He cares for us!
‘Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time, casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. ‘
